Event schedule
- 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm: No-host bar
- 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Buffet dinner
- Awards presentation following dinner
RESERVATIONS
Banquet reservations are now closed.
We will NOT be accepting payment or
reservations for the banquet the weekend of the show.
BUFFET MENU
- Chicken Mojo — bone-in chicken
marinated in fresh rosemary, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard and white wine
roasted served in natural juices and chopped parsley lemon gremolada
(Gluten Free)
- Salmon — BC salmon medallions,
lemon pepper and sea salt, blanched spinach, sauce lemon beurre Blanc
and cold-water shrimp (Gluten Free)
- Chef Carving Station —
certified angus beef with natural au jus, grainy and Dijon mustards,
beaver hot horseradish (Gluten Free)
- Various side dishes — artisan rolls; garden greens;
Caesar salad; watermelon, cucumber and mint salad; Cabbage slaw;
capresse heirloom tomato gem salad; charcuterie platter; rice pilaf;
Roasted potatoes; fresh blanched season vegetables; fresh fruit platter;
and sweet tooth platter.
- Coffee and herbal tea station included!
DRESS ATTIRE
Regarding the dress code, you can wear whatever you like. Be as glitzy as
you want, or as casual and comfortable as you want!
